Jesus Paid It All, Help Others Eat Free!

Luke 16: 1-13

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the first and love the second, or be devoted to the first and despise the second. You cannot serve God and Money.”

Shop With Purpose

Every purchase made supports D37 Inc., feeds a neighbor, and helps you pass the vibe check.

D37 is a philanthropy initiative driven by the personal experience of our owner, Delaney. She, like many others, has struggled with shelter and food insecurity. Over the last decade, the amount of Americans who have shared this struggle has increased at a concerning rate.

  • 20 out of every 10,000 Americans will experience houselessness on any given night

  • 13.7 percent of households will experience food insecurity this year.

D37 seeks to bridge this gap by providing hot free meals, hygiene care, work shoes/uniforms/gear, and access to resources in local communities throughout Florida to North Carolina and throughout the Southeastern Region. One of our main goals is to get a food truck up and running! We dream of providing free, hot meals right to the communities where neighbors need it most. Giving them the dignity and excitement of a food truck experience without the stress of a bill. That's where you come in! Every donation buys supplies, ingredients, and helps spread the message of each and every meal. We can't do what we do without people like you.

Thank You!

D37 Inc.’s Story, Road to 360 Meals

Hello, my name is Delaney.

I gave my heart to Yeshua, my salvation, at the age of five and was baptized by seven. I read to my Sunday School class as soon as I learned how and joined the choir shortly there after. That started my love for teaching. I would go on to graduate high school with my teaching license and find myself three months pregnant. Everyone’s life and story takes unimaginable twists and turns; but as the apostle Paul teaches us, those he called-he justified. At times our younger lives, leading out of childhood, are to align us and refine us. They will be full of moments where we fall short.

I experienced an NDE at 19 where I contracted MRSA. After a week of working for my mom (despite doctor recommendation) and getting a shot of antibiotics on my lunch break; I found myself with 12 hours to live. When they set me up to have my leg amputated, as a last minute effort to save my life, they pushed codeine in my IV. I was, and am, high allergic. I was alone in the hospital, as my family had left for Florida to see my sister’s wedding. Therefore, I’m not too sure on the next events. What I recall, is seeing my life on a bunch of different screens that became one. That one showed the last photo of me and my oldest son. He was playing on my back in the grass. With that image I realized, the Lord was not going to take me home. I asked him to let me keep my leg if he was going to make me return. I would wake up the next evening to make a full recovery.

In my early twenties I led a youth ministry and implemented the first iteration of 360 meals. Every fifth Sunday, the other moms and myself would gather for a free soup and sandwich lunch in our fellowship hall. Unfortunately, no matter how hard we all tried, no one can out-run their late 20’s and COVID didn’t care we were all burned out. Broken by our childhoods, unequally yoked, and being mishandled by those who broke us- we all eventually were forced to face and address the demons attaching themselves to us.

‍ ‍ With that being said, on my 28th birthday my roommate totaled my car. As a single mom of three, self-employed as a delivery driver, that was my livelihood. We lost the car, the house, and the moving truck stole everything we owned. I had prayed the night before my birthday for the Lord to remove everything that wasn’t of him because I was ready to really hear and obey my calling.

That’s when the wilderness began. Homelessness, bouncing couches, and relying on the Lord to provide. The idea of relying on myself to get to work on time, the boss-man to pay fairly, the bank to make good on the check, and the FDIC to keep the dollar value up- just was no longer conducive to obedience in the Spirit. Exactly one year later my youngest son’s father passed away in a tragic kayaking accident. As I processed that grief, some how certain pieces of my story began to make sense.

Less than 9 months later the Lord provided us with an apartment free of charge and a brand new system to operate from. After the opportunity came to move out on a cow farm and break free of the society stress of the 9-5, I knew the Lord had positioned me to full fill the calling he had placed on me. Now I strive to give back every extra piece I can. Lately, I’ve started to dream, and pray, big! It’s time to make D37 Inc. a full time gig and take our meals on the road.
